tetrify (formerly known as “tetr”) is a productivity application designed to enhance your efficiency and mindfulness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tetrify and its related services. By accessing or using tetrify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. tetrify is provided to you by tetr LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By agreeing to the onboarding prompt and using tetrify, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use tetrify.

2. Use of Service

2.1. tetrify provides features including reminders, notes, and journal entries, tailored for mobile devices, with potential future expansion to other platforms. 2.2. You must use tetrify in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of tetrify, you may need to create an account. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to misuse tetrify or help anyone else do so. 4.2. Prohibited activities include:

Violating laws or regulations.
Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
Sending harmful or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. tetrify and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of tetrify and its licensors.

7. Subscriptions and Refunds

7.1. tetrify may offer subscription-based services. 7.2. Subscriptions will be billed through the App Store or other platform services. 7.3. Refunds for subscriptions are governed by the App Store’s refund policies and any other applicable platform’s refund policies.

In no event shall tetrify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use tetrify.

10. Indemnification

10.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tetrify and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

11. Accounts

11.1. You may not use as a username or display name the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use a username or display name that is offensive, vulgar, obscene or legally infringing.

11.2 tetrify reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

12.1. tetrify reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.211.2. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

13. Termination

13.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to tetrify immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
